HOW TO BOOK : Send us your reservation and we will confirm the avalaibility of the flat and send you a contract. You will need to return a signed copy of this along with your booking deposit to confirm your stay. All the information you need (address, code, phone number) will be sent to you to make your arrival easy... and Here you are !

YOUR ARRIVAL : The charming owner will wait for you in the flat to show you all you need and to give you the keys. Of course, you will have to pay the balance of the rent and a security deposit that will be returned at the end of your stay.

IN THE FLAT : Towels, sheets and all kitchen utensils are there for you. You can find an iron, a hairdryer and all you need for your baby too...

IMPORTANT : 1 - It is strictly FORBIDDEN to smoke in the flat. Any infraction will result in a 50 euro cleaning fee. 2 - You have to return the flat CLEAN, else 50 euros will be deducted from your security deposit. 3 - Please note: the water tank is relatively small, so you have enough water for 2 showers in the morning and 2 showers in the evening.
